In a rapidly changing media landscape, data and analysis on how, where and how often content is viewed – and by whom – is essential to our business and to the major brands who are our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Pull, compile, and format data from syndicated sources such as Nielsen and other data sources to provide impressions and demographics for upcoming and released productions

  • Use viewership data and industry knowledge to provide accurate predicted impressions and demographics for all upcoming films and televisions productions

  • Maintain up-to-date production information in the BEN database for current feature films and television shows

  • Manage ongoing calendar of filming schedules and releases for film and television productions across all platforms

  • Research trades and industry resources for upcoming production opportunities for BEN clients

  • Conduct analysis on viewership data to identify new trends in entertainment and viewership

  • Work with the team to research and develop new methodologies to measure viewership in an ever-growing content landscape

  • Successfully navigate and maintain the BEN database to provide consistent and reliable data

  • Act as a resource of viewership information across the entertainment landscape for BEN teams

  • Prepare materials and resources for company meetings

  • Work with Product Team on platform advancement and data hygiene

  • Work with teams to prepare final viewership reports and deliverables

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an agency environment preferred

  • Entertainment experience preferred

  • Experience with entertainment research preferred

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong computer skills, especially using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Comfortable with mathematics and data entry

  • Ability to manage complex and multiple assignments, multi-tasks well

  • Always professional in representing BEN with clients, prospects, other employees, and in the business community. Maintains composure and productivity under pressure; integrates values into internal and external dealings and is reliable and trustworthy
